1. Eternal Wellness members must be 18 years of age or older to receive products and services generally, unless it is a painting workshop or program where kids are permitted to participate. Persons under 18 years of age (children) must receive the consent of a parent if they wish to purchase a consultation online, however, we do not monitor or take responsibility in screening its visitors or their age status.

2. Eternal Wellness maintains confidentiality of the client’s identity, personal details such as birth date, phone number and predictions. No direct or indirect use will be made by us with respect to any aspect of life and findings of the client, except for the explicit purpose of communicating this information and predictions to the concerned client by various forms of communications written, verbal – by telephone, email, online or personal consultation or any other medium as per norm. We may share information with trusted service providers to maintain the website or provide you services. We may release your information when we believe it necessary to comply to the Law, to maintain site policies, protect our rights and safety.

It must be clearly understood that every such recommendation is accompanied by a prescribed method and procedure, which is expected to be followed by the client with due diligence. In any case, we are not responsible for any claims for negative functioning of any remedy made.

8. Eternal Wellness uses best practices and makes best efforts to energize the gemstones or remedies as possible in today’s time. The efficacy of any kind of remedy recommendation or facilitating the same will strictly depend on the faith and devotion of the client, his belief and intent. We advise the clients that they should wear gemstones / yantras / yantra garments only when they have faith, true devotion and not out of any greed, fear, lust or any other negative feelings. We do not offer any guaranteed results.

9. The website may contain paid advertising and contextual affiliate links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties or links to websites and features in banners or other advertising. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness by us.
