You will first receive an acknowledgment email from Eternal Wellness about your order. General charts and data are processed through a software, however the final report will be personally analyzed and presented manually. So, reports are generally emailed to the Client within 3 to 5 working days. If you do not receive your report within 5 days, please WhatsApp on +971525336639 and we will update you immediately.

Yes, we do provide gift vouchers starting from AED50.00 (Dirhams Fifty only) and are valid for 6 months from date of issue. It is responsibility of the user to redeem it within its validity. Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable.

Yes, if you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason you can definitely cancel and reschedule 24 hours in advance from our Appointments tab. In case of no show the amount will be forfeited as time is reserved for you, and prevents us from attending to another client.

Sorry friend, we are very punctual with our appointments and we expect you to be too. As the slots for each customer are pre-booked, we will be unable to extend your time if you are late. It would be unfair for the person who is booked next after you. So, I hope you understand and show up on time. 😊
